How to register
- CIRP members (fellows including honorary and emeritus, associate members and corporate members) and research affiliates can register directly via the appropriate link below.
- A guest must be invited by a CIRP member. Each member can only invite one guest. Research affiliates cannot invite guests. An invited guest must be validated by CIRP Office in Paris, taking care of by the inviting CIRP member. After successful validation, the invited guest can proceed to the registration phase via the appropriate link below.
After own registration, it is possible to register family member(s) for the Accompanying Persons Programme via the appropriate link below

Method of payment
Credit card
Visa, MasterCard. Please note that all credit card payments are made through a secure and encrypted online payment gateway, and will be listed as a transaction with Trippus checkout on your credit card statement.
Invoice
Invoice is only available for Swedish companies/organisations. The invoice must be paid within 30 days and before the conference starts. For questions about invoicing, please contact cirp2025@meetx.se.
Cancellation policy
Until May 31 cancellation is possible and you will be refunded 80% of the registration fee. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after May 31.
All changes should be made in written form to: cirp2025@meetx.se.
All payments should be made in Swedish krona (kr/SEK). All bank transfer charges in connection with transferring fees are to be paid by the delegate.
No personal, company or Euro-cheques will be accepted.
VAT on fee
Please note: According to Swedish and EU* legislations all delegates are required to pay Swedish VAT on the registration fee (25%), social events (25%) and hotel (12%).
* According to the EU legislation and regulation for conferences and events (C-647/17, EU:C:2019:195, of 13 March 2019 and Article 53 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC of 28 November 20016) VAT is paid in the country where services are rendered, e.g. the country in which the conference takes place.
If you are from a country in the EU area, kindly contact your tax authority for more information on VAT refunds. For questions regarding Swedish VAT, please contact Swedish tax office at e-mail: stockholm@skatteverket.se.
VISA requirements and Invitation letters
A valid travel document is required to travel to Sweden to attend the CIRP 2025 General Assembly.
Sweden is a member state of the Schengen area. Citizens of the Schengen area only need an identification card, or a valid passport. Note that some EU countries are not part of the Schengen area. UK citizens can continue to travel to the EU with their UK passport after Brexit.
Participants from outside the Schengen area, please find all the necessary information regarding visa requirements and procedures on the official webpage of the Schengen Visa Info Sweden Tourist/Visitor Visa Requirements and Application Process (schengenvisainfo.com).
CIRP 2025 organisers can provide an invitation letter for registered participants for visa purposes. You can download it from our website once you have successfully registered for CIRP 2025.
Please note as well that CIRP 2025 organisers cannot assist with other formalities beyond issuing an invitation letter (like confirmation of accommodation, return travel, health insurance, etc.).
User agreement
The delegate agrees that the data, photos, audio and video collected before and during CIRP 2025 can be used by CIRP and the host of CIRP 2025 for the purpose of CIRP 2025 promotion.
The delegate agrees that the registration data will be recorded electronically and will be used in the future for sending information via email by CIRP, the host of CIRP 2025 and the next organiser of CIRP General Assembly.
The delegate agrees that name / company / country will be printed in the official delegate list of CIRP 2025. No data will be transferred further to a third party.
Our privacy policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we ask for in the registration is the information we need to properly arrange the event, logistics, login, payments, etc. We will provide relevant information with our partners (travel agency/hotel/venue and industry) for the same purpose. Neither we nor our partners will share any information with third parties. We may keep your name and email address for future CIRP events, but you are always free to reject any invitations. We cannot register your information without your approval. By confirming our cancellation policy and then clicking the “I accept the terms of condition” button in our forms, you agree that we store your information for the above purposes.
